SN8F2267F is designed with the excellent IC structure including the program memory
up to 4K-word Flash ROM, data memory of 192-bytes RAM, one 8-bit basic timer (TC0),
a watchdog timer, six interrupt sources (TC0, USB, NDT, Wakeup, AKA, INT0), 8-level
stack buffers and Low Speed USB.
