Description

SN8P2267E is designed with the excellent IC structure including the program memory up to 4K-word OTP ROM, data memory of 192-bytes RAM, one 8-bit basic timer (TC0), a watchdog timer, six interrupt sources (TC0, USB, NDT, Wakeup, AKA, INT0), 8-level stack buffers and Low Speed USB.

• ROM size: 4K * 16 bits
• RAM size: 192 * 8 bits
• 8-levels stack buffer
• Bi-directional I/O P0, P1, P2, P3.0~P3.6,and P5.
• Level trigger wakeup I/O Port P0/P1/P2/P3.0~P3.6/P5
• Pull-up resisters: P0, P1, P2, P3.0~P3.2, P3.5~P3.6, and P5
• Pull-down resisters : P3.7
• External interrupt: P0.0
• One external interrupts: INT0
• Five internal interrupts: TC0, USB, NDT, Wakeup, AKA
• On-chip watch dog
• Internal High Clock: 6MHz
• Internal Low Clock: 32KHz at 5V
• One clock per instruction cycle
• Most of instructions are one cycle only
• All ROM area lookup table function(MOVC)
• Support low speed USB 2.0 specification
• The USB SIE support one control endpoint(EP0) and two interrupt endpoints(EP1, EP2)
