Hsinchu, Taiwan, February 27th, 2024- Sonix Technology Company Ltd., (Sonix, TAIEX: 5471) held the meeting of the Board of Directors, at which the Board approved the financial results for 2023. Net Sales of Sonix for 2023 totaled NT$2,610 million, Gross profit NT$1,090 million, Operating Income NT$158 million and Net Income were NT$186 million with earnings per share of NT$1.11.

The annual shareholders’ meeting of 2024 will be held on June 19th at 9F. No.36, Taiyuan Street, Zhubei City, Hsinchu,Taiwan. The meeting notice will be sent to shareholders before 30 days of the meeting.
