Sonix Board of Directors Approved Earnings of 2013 and proposed NT$ 3.2 cash dividend for 2013
Hsinchu, Taiwan, March 27st, 2014 - Sonix Technology Company Ltd., (Sonix, TAIEX:
5471) held the meeting of the Board of
Directors, at which the Board approved the financial results
for 2013. Operating revenue of Sonix for 2013 totaled NT$
3,642 million, Gross profit NT$1,544 million, Profit from
operations NT$ 616 million and Net Profit were NT$515
million with earnings per share of NT$ 3.07.
The Board of directors also proposed distribution of 2013
earnings which includes NT$3 cash dividend per share,
employees’ bonus NT$ 112 million and NT$ 8 million as the
remuneration for B.O.D.
The annual shareholders’ meeting of 2014 will be held on
June 19th at Taiyuan Science Park, Hsinchu, Taiwan. The
meeting notice will be sent to shareholders before 30 days
ahead of the meeting.
