解決相容性問題

本系統僅限IE10+版本使用，若您已是IE10，請檢查您的相容性，作法如下：

如果清單中沒有 [sonix.com.tw] / [sonix.com.cn] ，或是按照以上步驟進行之後仍出現有關相容性檢視的警告，請檢查電腦是否已安裝最新的 Windows 更新。如需取得 Windows 更新，請參閱 Microsoft 的操作說明。

不過，如果您不想安裝最新的 Windows 更新，建議您參考下列步驟來處理相容性檢視警告：在 Internet Explorer 中，開啟上方的 [工具] 選單，然後選取 [相容性檢視設定]。您可能需要按下 Alt 鍵或按住網址列，功能列表才會顯示。請確認 [sonix.com.tw] / [sonix.com.cn] 不在 [已新增至相容性檢視的網站] 清單中。如果在清單中，請按一下 [移除]。請確認您未在視窗底部勾選 [在相容性檢視下顯示所有網站]、[從 Microsoft 下載更新的相容性清單] 或 [包含來自 Microsoft 的更新網站清單] 旁的方塊。按一下 [關閉]。

注意：如果您的 Windows 電腦受到機構管理，您可能無法存取相容性檢視設定，或是將 sonix.com從清單中移除。如需相關協助，請與貴機構的管理員或服務台聯絡。

Fix Internet Explorer Compatibility View issues

Internet Explorer has a Compatibility View (or mode) that affects how some websites are displayed.Some Sonix Web works, such as FAE, Register and Forum...etc, may display incorrectly if Compatibility View is enabled for [sonix.com.tw]/[sonix.com.cn]. We suggest that you remove [sonix.com.tw]/[sonix.com.cn] from your list of sites that have Compatibility View enabled. 

1. In Internet Explorer, press the Alt key to display the Menu bar, or press and hold the address bar and select Menu bar.
   
2. Click Tools and select Compatibility View settings.
   
3. Select [sonix.com.tw]/[sonix.com.cn] under "Websites you've added to Compatibility View."
   
4. Click Remove.

More troubleshooting steps 

If you don't see [sonix.com.tw]/[sonix.com.cn] listed, or if you still see a warning about Compatibility View after following the steps above, make sure that your computer has the latest Windows updates. See Microsoft’s instructions for getting Window’s updates.  However, if you don't want to install the latest Windows updates, here's what you can do about the Compatibility View warning:

1. In Internet Explorer, open the Tools menu at the top and select Compatibility View Settings. You may need to press the Alt key or press and hold the address bar to see the Menu bar.
   
2. Make sure that [sonix.com.tw]/[sonix.com.cn] isn’t in the list called "Websites you've added to Compatibility View." If it is on that list, click Remove.
   
3. At the bottom of the window, make sure that the boxes next to "Display all websites in Compatibility View" and “Download updated compatibility lists from Microsoft” or "Include updated website lists from Microsoft" are not checked.
   
4. Click Close.
   

**Note: If your Windows computer is administered by your organization, you may not be able to access Compatibility View settings or remove [sonix.com.tw]/[sonix.com.cn] from the list. Contact your organization’s administrator or helpdesk for help.
