Charge Pump何時啓動何時關閉,在芯片上如何量測?
Charge Pump開關受到CPRENB, CPON,CPAUTO緩存器控制,以SN8P1919爲例.
Auto-Mode Description:
當CPON=1時, Charge pump强制啓動,此時AVDDCP電壓約爲VDD *2,
當CPON=0時, Charge pump强制關閉,此時AVDDCP電壓約爲VDD
當設爲Auto mode時, ( CPON=0, CPAUTO=1)
VDD<4.2V, Charge Pump自動啓動, AVDDCP電壓約爲VDD *2
VDD>4.2V, Charge Pump自動關閉, AVDDCP電壓約爲VDD
當VDD電壓會由4.4V持續下降到3.6V,不可設定爲Auto mode,否則可能造成Charge pump瞬間多次開關而損壞

當CPON=0時, Charge pump强制關閉,此時AVDDCP電壓約爲VDD
當設爲Auto mode時, ( CPON=0, CPAUTO=1)
VDD<4.2V, Charge Pump自動啓動, AVDDCP電壓約爲VDD *2
VDD>4.2V, Charge Pump自動關閉, AVDDCP電壓約爲VDD
當VDD電壓會由4.4V持續下降到3.6V,不可設定爲Auto mode,否則可能造成Charge pump瞬間多次開關而損壞
