SN8F27E93 series 8-bit micro-controller is a new series production applied advanced
semiconductor technology to implement flash ROM architecture. Under flash ROM platform,
SN8F27E93 builds in in-system-programming (ISP) function extending to EEPROM emulation
and Embedded ICE function. It is designed with the excellent IC structure including
the program memory up to 16K-word Flash ROM, data memory of 1K-byte RAM, 16-level
stack buffers, three timers (T0, T1, and TC0), a watchdog timer, eleven interrupt
sources (T0, TC0, T1, ADC, SIO, MSP, UTX(UART TX), URX(UART RX), WAKE, INT0, INT1),
an 6-channel 12-bit ADC converter, one channel PWM output and BUZZER output. One SIO
function, one UART function, and one MSP function for data transfer.
