The SN8P2723 is a RISC-like high performance, low power consumption and industrial
class 8-bit micro-controller. The device is designed with the excellent IC structure
including the program memory up to 2K-word OTP ROM, data memory of 128 bytes RAM,
five 8-bit timer counters (T0, TC0, TC1, TC2, TC3), one channel PWM output (PWM0),
six channel PWM output (PWM10/11, 20/21, 30/31), a watchdog timer, nine interrupt
sources (T0, TC0, TC1, TC2, TC3, ADC, INT0, INT1, INT2), high performance 12+1 channel
12-bit ADC converter (one internal ADC channel for 2.5V/3.5V measurement) and 8-level
stack buffers. There are three oscillator configurations to select for generating
system clock, including High Speed crystal, ceramic resonator or cost-saving RC. This
device also includes an internal 16MHz RC oscillator for system clock.
