The SN8P27721 is a RISC-like high performance and low power consumption 8-bit micro-controller.
The device is designed with the excellent IC structure including the program memory
up to 8K-word OTP ROM, data memory of 1008 bytes RAM, two 8-bit timer (TC0, TC1),
a watchdog timer, seven interrupt sources (TC0, TC1, ADC, SPI, NDT, WAKE, INT0), 6+4-channel
12-bit ADC converter, 4-level internal reference voltage for ADC (VDD, 3V, 2.5V, 2V),
and 8-level stack buffers. There are two oscillator configurations to select for generating
system clock, including an internal 12MHz RC oscillator for system clock and includes
an internal low frequency RC oscillator for slow mode controlled by programming.
