For full Speed Series MCU (2210 2230 2250), no matter how many choices of external
crystal frequency, the internal clock cycles are all 12M.
For Low Speed series MCU (2200 2270), regardless of chosen external crystal or IHRC, the internal clock cycles are all 6M.
For Low Speed series MCU (2200 2270), regardless of chosen external crystal or IHRC, the internal clock cycles are all 6M.
