The equipment in production line must be connected to ground.
(For example: transmission belt reflow furnace, tin stoves, iron, etc.)
Production
line employees must wear cable-static ring and anti-static clothing. (Usually these
processes should be checked before operation every day.)
The production line
should use anti-static material, and remove easily accumulate electric charge materials
like foam and so on, in order to avoid problems caused by partial ESD material adverse
environment, thereby causing chip ESD damage.
In the case of extremely dry
weather, it is recommended to increase humidity to reduce the ESD problem on the part
of key areas. (For example: Chip plug-in area, PCB functional test areas, etc.)
