SN34F280 series 32-bit micro-controller is a new series of extremely Low Power Consumption
and High Performance MCU powered by ARM Cortex-M4F processor with Flash ROM architecture.
SN34F280 series MCU is high performance and wide operating range (2.4V~3.6V, 192 MHz
maximum frequency). The device is designed with the excellent IC structure including
the program memory up to 512KB Flash ROM, data memory of 160KB RAM, Nested Vectored
Interrupt Controller (NVIC), nine 16-bit timers, I2C, SPI, UART, I2S, High speed USB2.0,
CAN2.0 A/B, SDIO, LCD-TFT(8080) interfaces, 16+2-channel 12-bit SAR ADC, Ethernet,
CRC, DMA and flexible operating modes. There are several system clock sources, including
internal 12MHz RC oscillator, internal 32KHz RC oscillator, external High Speed crystal,
external Low Speed crystal, and PLL. Under Flash ROM platform, the SN34F280 series
MCU builds in an in-system-programming (ISP) function extending to EEPROM emulation.
