Sonix Board of Directors Approved Earnings of 2014 and proposed NT$3.2 cash dividend
Hsinchu, Taiwan, March 27th, 2015- Sonix Technology Company Ltd., (Sonix, TAIEX: 5471) today held the meeting of the Board of Directors, at which the Board approved the financial results for 2014. Net Sales of Sonix for 2014 totaled NT$ 3,553 million, Gross profit NT$1,516 million, Operating Income NT$ 564 million and Net Income were NT$524 million with earnings per share of NT$ 3.12. The Board of directors also proposed distribution of 2014 earnings which includes NT$3.2 cash dividend per share, employees’ bonus NT$ 109,630,000 and NT$ 8,000,000 as the remuneration for B.O.D. The annual shareholders’ meeting of 2015 will be held on June 24th at Taiyuan Science Park, Hsinchu, Taiwan. The meeting notice will be sent to shareholders before 30 days ahead of the meeting.
