Sonix Board of Directors Approved Earnings of 2015 and proposed NT$2.2 cash dividend
Hsinchu, Taiwan, March 28th, 2016- Sonix Technology Company Ltd., (Sonix, TAIEX: 5471) held the meeting of the Board of Directors, at which the Board approved the financial results for 2015. Net Sales of Sonix for 2015 totaled NT$3,306 million, Gross profit NT$1,426 million, Operating Income NT$392 million and Net Income were NT$389 million with earnings per share of NT$2.32.
The Board of directors also proposed distribution of 2015 earnings which includes NT$2.2 cash dividend per share, employees’ compensation NT$69,190,000 and NT$6,400,000 as the remuneration for B.O.D. The annual shareholders’ meeting of 2016 will be held on June 21st at Taiyuan Science Park, Hsinchu, Taiwan. The meeting notice will be sent to shareholders before 30 days ahead of the meeting.Sonix Technology 2015 Financial Results
