Sonix Board of Directors Approved the Financial Results of 2020 and proposed distribution of cash dividend
Hsinchu, Taiwan, February 26th, 2020- Sonix Technology Company Ltd., (Sonix, TAIEX: 5471) held the meeting of the Board of Directors, at which the Board approved the financial results for 2020. Net Sales of Sonix for 2020 totaled NT$5,371 million, Gross profit NT$2,282 million, Operating Income NT$1,236 million and Net Income were NT$1,026 million with earnings per share of NT$6.11.
The Board of directors also proposed the distribution of dividend for 2020 which includes NT$5.7 cash dividend per share, employees’ bonus NT$145,750,000 and remuneration for Board of directors and supervisors NT$ 17,000,000.
The annual shareholders’ meeting of 2021 will be held on June 16th at Tai Yuen Hi-Tech Industrial Park, Zhubei City, Hsinchu, Taiwan. The meeting notice will be sent to shareholders before 30 days ahead of the meeting.
