Sonix Technology Monthly Sales Report – March, 2013

Hsinchu, Taiwan, April 9th, 2013 -Sonix Technology Co. Ltd.,

(Sonix, TAIEX: 5471) today announced the consolidated net

sales of March, 2013. The revenue of March is NT$ 290,388

million, representing a decrease of 21.33 % compared with

the same period of last year. The 1st quarter consolidated

revenue is NT$776 million. The figures of year over year

comparison are as follow:

Sonix Board of Directors Approved Earnings of 2012 and proposed NT$ 3 cash dividend for 2012

Hsinchu, Taiwan, March 27st, 2012- Sonix Technology Company

Ltd., (Sonix, TAIEX: 5471) today held the meeting of the

Board of Directors, at which the Board approved the

financial results for 2012. Net Sales of Sonix for 2012

totaled NT$ 3,321 million, Gross profit NT$1,429 million,

Operating Income NT$ 657 million and Net Profit were NT$661

million with earnings per share of NT$ 3.2.

The Board of directors also proposed distribution of 2012

earnings which includes NT$3 cash dividend per share,

employees’ bonus NT$ 114 million and NT$ 8 million as the

remuneration for B.O.D.

The annual shareholders’ meeting of 2013 will be held on

June 20th at Taiyuan Science Park, Hsinchu, Taiwan. The

meeting notice will be sent to shareholders before 30 days

ahead of the meeting.

Hsinchu, Taiwan, March 7th, 2013 -Sonix Technology Co. Ltd.,

(Sonix, TAIEX: 5471) today announced the consolidated net

sales of February 2013. Due to Chinese New Year with less

working days in February, the revenue of the month dropped

to NT$ 203,561million, representing a decrease of 10.51%

compared with the revenue of the same period of last year.

Sonix Introduced New HD Web Cam SN9C280/281 series for Intel

Ltd., (Sonix, TAIEX: 5471) announced net sales of NT$2.33

million for December 2012, representing an increase of

14.35% compared with the same period of last year. For the

period of January to December 2012 accumulated net sales

totaled NT$ 3,321 million, dropped slightly by 1.83% from

NT$ 3,383 million last year.

Sonix Reported Earnings of the Third Quarter 2012

Hsinchu, Taiwan, October 30st, 2012 - Sonix Technology

Company Ltd., (Sonix, TAIEX: 5471) today announced the 3rd

quarter results for 2012. From January to September the net

sales of Sonix totaled NT$2,633 million, decreased by 3.33%

from NT$2,723million in the same period of last year.

Compared with last year, gross margin improved by 3% from

40% to 43%. Operating income were 549 million and net income

were NT$579 million. Earnings per share (after tax) was

NT$2.7.

million for September 2012, representing a decrease of 11.42% compared with the same period of last year. For the period of January to September 2012 accumulated net sales totaled NT$ 2,633 million, dropped slightly by 3.33 % from NT$ 2,723 million last year.
