Hsinchu, Taiwan, May 13th, 2016- Sonix Technology Company Ltd., (Sonix, TAIEX: 5471) today announced the 1^st quarter results for 2016. In the first quarter, consolidated net sales of Sonix totaled NT$619 million, representing a decrease of 12.6% from NT$708 million in the same period of last year. Gross profit were NT$258 million and gross margin of the 1^st quarter were 42%. Operating income were NT$33 million. Net income were NT$27 million and earnings per share (after tax) were NT$ 0.16.
