Hsinchu, Taiwan, April 5th, 2012 -Sonix Technology Co. Ltd.,

(Sonix, TAIEX: 5471) announced net sales of NT$ 351 million for March 2012, representing an increase of 69.57 % compared with February. For the period of January to March 2012 accumulated net sales totaled NT$ 730 million, dropped by 6.21 % from NT$ 779 million last year.

Sonix Board of Directors Approved Earnings of 2011 and proposed NT$ 3.2 cash dividend for 2011

Hsinchu, Taiwan, March 21st, 2012- Sonix Technology Company

Ltd., (Sonix, TAIEX: 5471) today held the meeting of the

Board of Directors, at which the Board approved the

financial results for 2011. Net Sales of Sonix for 2011 totaled NT$ 3,383 million, Gross profit NT$1,361 million, Operating Income NT$ 687 million and Net Profit were NT$557

million with earnings per share of NT$ 3.32.

The Board of directors also proposed distribution of 2011 earnings which includes NT$3.2 cash dividend per share, employees’ bonus NT$ 128million and NT$10 million as the remuneration for BoD.

The annual shareholders’ meeting of 2012 will be held on June 18th at Taiyuan Science Park, Hsinchu, Taiwan. The meeting notice will be sent to shareholders before 30 days ahead of the meeting.
